We invoice all our trips to give you time to review the details, but some many trips are time-sensitive — and we’ll clearly note that on the form. If the price goes up before you secure your spot, you’ll be charged the new rate. We’ll try to hold your booking for 24 hours if the company allows it, but after that, availability and pricing can change fast.
Don’t risk losing your spot — book it while you can!
For every event...Up to 91 days prior to the trip a 20% cancelation fee. 90 days or less to trip date, no refund. We recommend buying "Cancel for any Reason" trip insurance to cover at least a good portion of your trip.
As you can see, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Please note there is a small fee for credit card payments, as most providers charge us and we pass that cost along. If you prefer to avoid the fee, you’re welcome to pay via Venmo or Zelle.
Nearly every dive company has extra fees — things like park fees, fuel surcharges, tips, Nitrox, single supplements, and more. These are often not included in the advertised price and can add up quickly. We do our best to list all known fees on the form, but occasionally something gets missed. If you don’t see a fee listed or have any questions, just ask! If we don’t know the answer, we’ll find out for you.
